5. User-Generated Content
a. Definition: “User-Generated Content” (UGC) refers to any content—including text, photos, videos, comments, and forum posts—that you post, upload, or contribute to the Site.
b. You Retain Ownership: You retain all ownership rights to the content you create and post.
c. License to Us: By posting UGC, you grant CanadaHunting.Org a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform that content in connection with the Site and our business.
d. You Are Responsible: You are solely responsible for your own UGC and the consequences of posting it. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to publish the UGC and grant us the license above.
